There are medications out there that can change who you are.
What if they finally found a cure for the common cold, but there’s a downside:
You’ll be cured of your sniffles, they tell you, but you’ll have to live the next week of your life with a weird accent that makes you talk like Zsa Zsa Gabor.
Imagine yourself in a sales meeting at work. You get up to give your report on call ratios, but the only thing that comes out of your mouth when you open it is, “I vant a man whoz kind and understandink, eez zat too much to azk of a millionaire?”
I have nothing against Ms. Gabor, but I’ll take the cold, thanks.
