   So what is the age of consent in Ontario? And how does Ontario define statutory rape?

   I think Velia is a little hysterical here.

   It is my understanding that Gina would have to be fifteen in Manitoba for Lou to be in danger, and only then if he was doing more than going to Mass with her. And in Manitoba it would be illegal for her to be folding sweaters at Walmart till she was 16.

   Anyway the mentally challenged need live to, and Lou seems perfect for her.

   I bet Velia is lying about the whole thing. If Gina was retarted, wouldn’t Lou have been able to tell? Incubator not plugged in? What kind of hospital did her mom go to?

   I am really disliking Velia as of late. Not impressed with her actions and behaviour.
